On February 25, Wang Guoping, Chairman and General Manager of our company, Yang Lihui, Director and Deputy General Manager, and Wang Fenglin, Supervisor and Manager of the Business Department, paid a visit to China Nonferrous Mining Group. During the visit, they held in-depth discussions with relevant departments of China Nonferrous Mining Group, as well as business leaders from China Nonferrous Corporation and China Nonferrous Machinery & Electric Equipment Co., Ltd., focusing on strengthening communication, promoting cooperation, and jointly pursuing development.

First, Chairman Wang Guoping and his delegation, accompanied by leaders from relevant departments of China Nonferrous Metals Group, visited the China Nonferrous Metals Group exhibition hall. There, they gained a detailed understanding of how China Nonferrous Metals Group—being a pioneer in implementing China’s “going global” strategy in the nonferrous metals industry—has, through more than 30 years of international operations, gradually evolved into a renowned multinational mining enterprise whose core businesses include mineral resource development, international engineering contracting, international trade and services, and new materials processing.

Subsequently, the two sides held talks on business cooperation. Zhang Chuanliang, General Manager of China Nonferrous Metals Machinery & Equipment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Minmetals Corporation, provided a detailed introduction to the business layout, key industries, resource advantages, and development plans of China Nonferrous Metals Shares and China Nonferrous Metals Machinery & Equipment. He expressed the hope that the two sides would deepen their cooperation in areas such as import and export of mechanical and electrical products and the development of overseas markets.

Chairman Wang Guoping expressed his gratitude to the leaders of China Nonferrous Metals Group for their care and support toward Hebei Wukuang. He then provided the leaders with an overview of the company’s basic situation and its future development plans. He noted that China Nonferrous Metals Group is one of the earliest Chinese enterprises in the nonferrous metals industry to implement the “going global” strategy and has achieved the most impressive results in international operations, enjoying a solid reputation and strong capabilities both domestically and internationally. As a specialized foreign trade enterprise with nearly 50 years of operational history, Hebei Wukuang hopes to leverage its professional strengths to enhance mutual exchanges, strengthen business alignment, and engage in extensive cooperation with China Nonferrous Metals Group, thereby sharing opportunities and jointly pursuing common development.
