Gaoyi County Fulong Ceramics Co., Ltd., established in September 1998, is located in the Ceramic Industry Zone of Fucun Town, Gaoyi County. It is situated adjacent to Provincial Highway 393 and close to National Highway 107. To the east, it is near the Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway and the Beijing-Guangzhou Railway; to the west, it borders the Gaoyi West Passenger Station of the Beijing-Guangzhou High-Speed Railway. With convenient transportation and an excellent geographical location, the company covers an area of over 300 mu.

We currently operate two production lines for wide-body kiln floor tiles. One of these lines specializes in polished floor tiles, and we have invested 120 million yuan to upgrade it into a high-end, fully glazed tile production line. The new production line features upgraded kiln technology that makes the production of glazed tiles cleaner and ensures greater product quality stability. We’ve also introduced advanced Spanish Keda flatbed inkjet printers and glazing lines, significantly expanding our range of designs and colors. Our main products include glazed tile series such as 800mm×800mm and 400mm×800mm “Jingang Jingyu,” solid-color marble tiles, dry-grain polished tiles, ink-mixed jade tiles, seven-color jade tiles, agate jade tiles, and microcrystalline stone tiles. This project fills a gap in the local market and the Hebei region for glazed tile varieties, offering products with high added value and low energy consumption, thereby promoting the transformation and upgrading of the local industry.

The company’s product line currently includes four major series, two specifications, and over 60 different color and pattern options. Its annual production capacity reaches 20 million square meters, with an output value exceeding 300 million yuan. The products are best-selling in regions including Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Henan, Jiangxi, Hubei, Hunan, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, Shaanxi, Gansu, and Xinjiang. The company employs more than 1,400 staff members, including 20 highly skilled technical personnel, 4 expert professors who are hired on a long-term basis, 6 senior engineers, 14 engineers, 30 senior management personnel (all holding at least a college or vocational education degree), and over 700 skilled workers with many years of practical experience.

The company continues to increase its investment in technology, enhance the technological content of its products, and accelerate technological upgrades. The two production lines put into operation by the company are ultra-wide-body kilns that are energy-efficient and environmentally friendly, featuring more than 10 innovative technologies with independent intellectual property rights.
